إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ
Muhsin Khan
: There is no human being but has a protector over him (or her) (i.e. angels incharge of each human being guarding him, writing his good and bad deeds, etc.)
