إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَ

Muhsin Khan: Verily! (During the worldly life) those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
