أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَفَرَةُ الْفَجَرَةُ
Muhsin Khan
: Such will be the Kafarah (disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him), etc.), the Fajarah (wicked evil doers).
