أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ

Muhsin Khan: Should not He Who has created know? And He is the Most Kind and Courteous (to His slaves) All-Aware (of everything).
