وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ ۖ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ

Muhsin Khan: And whether you keep your talk secret or disclose it, verily, He is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts (of men).
