هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ فَمِنكُمْ كَافِرٌ وَمِنكُم مُّؤْمِنٌ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ

Muhsin Khan: He it is Who created you, then some of you are disbelievers and some of you are believers. And Allah is All-Seer of what you do.
