وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ
ۖ
إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ
Muhsin Khan
: (So were) the people of Nuh (Noah) before them. Verily, they were a people who were Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
