أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا

Muhsin Khan: Do they not then think deeply in the Quran, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?
