رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Muhsin Khan: (As) a Mercy from your Lord. Verily! He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
