إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

Muhsin Khan: Except him on whom Allah has Mercy. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
