لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Muhsin Khan
: Indeed the Word (of punishment) has proved true against most of them, so they will not believe.
