وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَا
ۚ
ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
Muhsin Khan
: And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (appointed). That is the Decree of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing.
